jasmine Kelly - massage therapist

I have been an RMT since 2008 after graduating with honors from CCMH in Halifax and I am a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. With my passion for health and wellness I strive to help my to clients reach their health goals using Massage Therapy and remedial exercise. I tailor every treatment to meet the unique and individual needs of each client and have experience in treating clients of all ages with many different conditions and concerns. My commitment to continuing education has led me to take various courses including Shiatsu, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy and Aromatherapy.  I also completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2010 and often recommend specific yoga exercises for post treatment self-care and remedial exercise. Whether for a specific condition or injury or for stress reduction and relaxation; I always provide a comfortable, safe space for clients to benefit from an effective Massage Therapy treatment.
